aud Salzmann (Bild). Die verpflichtende Werteerziehung sei in einem „i
mmer stärker multikulturell geprägten Umfeld“ unverzichtbar.
Der „verpflichtende Ethikunterricht sei gut und richtig“, da er
auch einen „wesentlichen Beitrag zur Wertevermittlung“ leiste,
meinte Salzmann zum Bildungsvorhaben der neuen Bundesregierung. Die Erfahrun
gen der bisherigen Schulversuche würden keinen Zweifel daran lassen, da
ss ein Ethikunterricht gegenseitige Toleranz und Respekt fördere sowie
„eine spürbare Verbesserung des Schulklimas“ bewirke. Als p
ositiv bewertete sie auch das „Einlenken der Grünen, die bislang
einer Abschaffung des konfessionellen Religionsunterrichts offen gegenü
ber standen“.
