1. Jänner 2021 soll eine Bundesagentur, die dem Innenministerium unters
tellt ist, die Rechtsberatung übernehmen. Die gleiche Behörde ist
dann sowohl für die Entscheidung als auch für die Berufung zust&au
ml;ndig. Wie notwendig eine unabhängige Beratung ist, unterstreicht Lin
a Cenic, Leiterin der Diakonie Rechtsberatung. Die Diakonie hat in Salzburg
im letzten Jahr 1.300 Menschen in Asylverfahren beraten. Derzeit werde beina
