      tt Führungsregeln? Wer mit Menschen arbeitet, nimmt zuallererst wahr und hör
      t aufmerksam zu, bevor er oder sie entscheidet. Führungskräfte ohne Blabla v
      erfügen neben der fachlichen auch über kognitive und emotionale Intelligenz,
       führen durch Selbstführung, sind mutig und vor allem demütig. Denn echtes L
      eadership ist kein Selbstverwirklichungsprogramm, sondern dient einer sinnvo
      llen Sache.</p>
<h2>Über die Autoren</h2>
<p><strong>Christian Lagger </st
      rong>hat Theologie, Philosophie und Business Administration studiert und ist
       seit 2010 Geschäftsführer beim Ordensklinikum der Elisabethinen, er lehrt i
      n Graz Managementtheorie, Leadership und strategisches Denken und ist als Fü
      hrungskräfteberater bekannt. Seit 2021 ist er Präsident des Internationalen 
      Forschungszentrums für soziale und ethische Fragen in Salzburg.</p>
