      belstellen, weil sie einmal mehr zeigt, wie nahe Jesus dem konkreten Leben d
      er Menschen steht. <br />Um das Jahr 100 n. Chr. gab es bei den gl&auml;ubig
      en Juden die Rechtspraxis, dass Ehebruch mit Steinigung bestraft wurde (so w
      ie heute manchmal bei den Muslimen). Nur f&uuml;hrte man dann eine &bdquo;mi
      ldere Bestrafung&ldquo; ein, n&auml;mlich Erdrosselung. <br />Eins wie das a
      ndere wird dem Menschen nicht gerecht. In einer Zeit, in der Patchwork-Famil
      ien bereits in weiten Teilen als &bdquo;Normalfall&ldquo; angesehen werden, 
      wo etwa 2.000 Rechtsanw&auml;lte sich mit Ehescheidungen und &bdquo;Eheentgl
      eisungen&ldquo; herumschlagen m&uuml;ssen, ist also dieser &bdquo;Fall&ldquo
      ;, der Jesus vorgelegt wird, sehr lebensnah und die Entscheidung Jesu nicht 
      die eines Richters, sondern die eines Retters! Es lohnt sich, dar&uuml;ber n
      achzudenken, was Jesus in den Sand geschrieben hat. Sicher nichts Belanglose
      s, vielleicht: Barmherzigkeit, Liebe, Treue, Erbarmen, Gerechtigkeit und &he
      llip; Passt zu Jesus, der mit seiner Frohbotschaft ja Leben retten wollte, w
      &auml;hrend andere schon Steine zum T&ouml;ten in den H&auml;nden hatten.&nb

      )<br /><br /></b>An der Wende vom 4./5. Jahrhundert hat der heilige Augustin
      us es auf den Punkt gebracht: &bdquo;Die S&uuml;nde hassen, den S&uuml;nder 
      lieben!&ldquo;(De civ 14,6). Um Jesus richtig zu verstehen, muss man also kl
      ar sehen: Er sch&auml;tzte wie niemand sonst zu seiner Zeit den Wert der Fam
      ilie, der Treue, der Ehe als lebenslange Bindung, und redet sicher nicht dem
       sexuellen Liberalismus das Wort. Er macht uns Menschen aber sehr nachdenkli
