      geweiht.<br /><br /></b><b>Abtenau.</b> Altar und Ambo sind nicht nur M&ouml
      ;bel, sondern zentral f&uuml;r das Miteinander, betonte Erzabt Korbinian Bir
      nbacher in seiner Predigt zur Altarweihe: Sie sammeln die Gemeinde, bringen 
      eine echte Mitte. Beide sind Brennpunkte einer Ellipse des liturgischen Feie
      rns: Wort Gottes und Eucharistie n&auml;hren den mystischen Leib der Kirche.
       &bdquo;Wir erinnern uns in Dankbarkeit an das Erl&ouml;sungswerk Jesu, das 
      wir jedesmal vollziehen, wenn wir auf diesem Altar Eucharistie feiern.&ldquo
      ; <br /><br />17 Unternehmen hatten eineinhalb Jahre lang an der neuen Innen
      raumgestaltung der Kirche zum hl. Blasius gearbeitet, die Annakapelle richte
      t sich nun auf den Altarraum hin aus, der gr&ouml;&szlig;er und offener gewo
      rden ist. Neu sind auch der Beichtstuhl und die Sakristei, in die von der Ki
      rche aus nun eine T&uuml;r f&uuml;hrt, die eigentlich mehr als 500 Jahre alt
       ist &ndash; &uuml;ber Jahrzehnte war dieser fr&uuml;here Kircheneingang zug
      emauert gewesen. Altar und Ambo sind nach einem Entwurf von Architekt Peter 
      Schuh aus zwei heimischen Marmorarten entstanden: Sie schlagen eine Br&uuml;
      cke &uuml;ber Jahrmillionen, schlie&szlig;en Wesen ein, die genauso Gesch&ou
      ml;pfe Gottes sind wie wir. <br /><br />Unterst&uuml;tzung kam von Anfang an
       vom Stift St. Peter, das ein Drittel der Mittel f&uuml;r das Millionenproje
      kt beisteuerte. Ein weiteres Drittel kam von der &ouml;ffentlichen Hand, das
       letzte kam durch die Spendenfreudigkeit der Abtenauer zusammen: 180.000 Eur
      o brachte eine Haussammlung, 150.000 Euro steuerten private G&ouml;nner bei.
