- und Kulturgeschichte</h2>
<p>Die Ausstellung zeigt eine Auswahl dieser Bi
lder, die auch ein Stück Fotogeschichte sichtbar machen. Das Bildkonvolut au
s den Jahren 1890–1930 umfasst neben kulturhistorischen und ethnografischen
Aufnahmen zahlreiche Fotografien von afrikanischen Missionsstationen. Diese
fungieren als wichtige Quellen für die Analyse des komplexen Beziehungsgefüg
es aus kolonialer Fremdherrschaft und Missionierung sowie der öffentlichen W
ahrnehmung von Afrika in Europa in den ersten Dekaden des 20. Jahrhunderts.<

<p>Die Ausstellung wird bis zum 1. März 2025, Montag bis Samstag von 9
bis 11.30 Uhr, gezeigt. Schulführungen auch außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten mög
