<br /><br />In traditioneller koreanischer Tracht (Hanbok, aus Seide und Ram
ir, handbemalt) führte die Korea-Expertin die BesucherInnen mit Vortrag und
Film in die 5000 Jahre alte Kultur Koreas ein. Von der ältesten Buchdrucktec
hnik (200 Jahre v. Gutenberg) über das berühmte Tripitaka Koreana (80 000 Bu
chdrucktafeln) und die meisterhafte Entstehung des koreanischen Alphabets „H
angul“ unter König Sejong zur Bekämpfung des Analphabetismus wurde ein Bogen
in das heutige Südkorea mit innovativer Medizintechnik und fortschrittliche
r IT-Industrie gespannt. <br /><br />„Die unzähligen kulturellen Errungensch
aften der letzten 5000 Jahre sind die Basis für die rasante wirtschaftliche
und technologische Entwicklung Südkoreas und beruhen auf dem Staats-Gründung
sgedanken des „Hongikingan“ (혹익인간, Leben und Handeln zum Wohle aller M
enschen)“, so Jung-Ja Holm.<br /><br />Danach wurden die BesucherInnen mit k
oreanischen Spezialitäten verköstigt – Tongbaechu Kimchi (fermentierter Kohl
, scharf), Songpyeon (Reiskuchen mit Bohnen gefüllt), Dongnae Pajeon (Frühli
ngszwiebel ‚Pfannkuchen‘), Chungmu Gimbap (Kleine Reisröllchen mit Seetang),
etc.<br /><br />das afro-asiatische Institut (aai) versteht sich als Bildun
gs- und Unterstützungsplattform für Studierende aus Afrika, Asien und Latein

In traditioneller koreanischer Tracht (Hanbok, aus Seide und Ramir, handbemalt) führte die Korea-Expertin die BesucherInnen mit Vortrag und Film in die 5000 Jahre alte Kultur Koreas ein. Von der ältesten Buchdrucktechnik (200 Jahre v. Gutenberg) über das berühmte Tripitaka Koreana (80 000 Buchdrucktafeln) und die meisterhafte Entstehung des koreanischen Alphabets „Hangul“ unter König Sejong zur Bekämpfung des Analphabetismus wurde ein Bogen in das heutige Südkorea mit innovativer Medizintechnik und fortschrittlicher IT-Industrie gespannt.
„Die unzähligen kulturellen Errungenschaften der letzten 5000 Jahre sind die Basis für die rasante wirtschaftliche und technologische Entwicklung Südkoreas und beruhen auf dem Staats-Gründungsgedanken des „Hongikingan“ (혹익인간, Leben und Handeln zum Wohle aller Menschen)“, so Jung-Ja Holm.
Danach wurden die BesucherInnen mit koreanischen Spezialitäten verköstigt – Tongbaechu Kimchi (fermentierter Kohl, scharf), Songpyeon (Reiskuchen mit Bohnen gefüllt), Dongnae Pajeon (Frühlingszwiebel ‚Pfannkuchen‘), Chungmu Gimbap (Kleine Reisröllchen mit Seetang), etc.
