en. Besondere Stücke sind in der Ausstellung zu sehen, etwa das unvolle
ndete Kyrie Es-Dur KV322 mit Constanzes Widmung. Und Ludwig Schwanthalers Sk
izze des Mozart-Denkmals war noch nie öffentlich zu sehen. „Ein E
ntwurf, der Kopf erinnert noch gar nicht an Mozart“, erklärt Armi
n Brinzing, Leiter der Bibliotheca Mozartiana.

tgegründet zur Heranbildung des musikalischen Nachwuchses. „Es is
t nicht mit dem heutigen Niveau vergleichbar. Schüler brauchten keine m
usikalischen Kenntnisse, mussten nur lesen, rechnen und schreiben könne
n“, so Brinzing. 1880 trennten sich der Dommusikverein und das Mozarte
um, das von der neugegründeten Internationalen Stiftung Mozarteum ü
