ch Neu" am Mittwoch in einer Presseaussendung. Um dieses Angebot auch heuer
wieder machen zu können - bereits eingeplant sind u.a. Einsätze beim Donauin
selfest (21.-23. Juni), beim "Woodstock der Blasmusik" (27.-30. Juni) und be
im "Electric Love Festival" (3.-6. Juli) - brauche es gut ausgebildete Seels
orgerinnen und Seelsorger. Dazu startet die Katholische Jugend Österreich An
fang April (5.-7. April) einen eigenen Lehrgang "Ausbildung Festivalseelsorg
e" im Kolpinghaus Salzburg.</p>
<p>Das Angebot richte sich an interessierte
ehren- sowie hauptamtliche Mitarbeitende, "die sich mit dem pastoralen Schw
erpunkt Festivalseelsorge auseinandersetzen wollen", heißt es in der Pressea
ussendung. Man verstehe das Angebot als "nachgehende Seelsorge" und wolle so
"rausgehen zu den Orten, wo sich die Menschen befinden" und gleichermaßen f
ür Teilnehmende wie für Organisatoren und Einsatzkräfte da sein.</p>
<p>Bei
der Ausbildung in Salzburg werden "Arbeitsweise und Selbstverständnis von F
estivalseelsorge näher beleuchtet, Chancen sowie Grenzen aufgezeigt und über
legt, wie und wo Festivalseelsorge auch im eigenen Arbeitsbereich umsetzbar
ist", heißt es zum Programm. Neben Reflexionsphasen und Workshops zur Gesprä
chsführung gibt es auch einen Praxisteil, bei dem das Erlernte gleich erprob
t und umgesetzt werden kann. Am Nachmittag des 7. April findet außerdem ein
zusätzlicher Workshop für Teamleiterinnen und Teamleiter statt, bei dem es u
m die Konzeption von Festivalseelsorge-Einsätzen und die konkrete Planung un
d Durchführung bzw. Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen beteiligten Organisatione
n geht.</p>
