<p>Die Gerichtsbarkeit der Kirche wird staatlichers
eits anerkannt (Österreichisches Konkordat Art. 1).</p>
<p>Die kirchliche G
erichtsbarkeit wird von Gerichtsorganen im ordentlichen Prozeß ausgeübt.</p>
<p>Die Richter sind persönlich und sachlich unabhängig, allein dem Gesetz
unterworfen und weisungsunabhängig.</p>
