<h2>Weiden als Symbol für das wachsende Projekt Bibelwelt</h2>
<p>Weiden gelten wegen ihres enormen Ausschlagvermögens als sehr vital. Si
e sind ein Symbol für Lebenskraft. Die im März frisch geschnittenen Äste sin
d bereits ausgetrieben und haben die Grundform überwachsen. Welche neue Form
daraus entsteht, wird sich zeigen. Dies soll auch ein Symbol für das wachse
nde Projekt Bibelwelt sein.</p>
<p>Zwei Mal 50 Äste sind als zwei Spiralen
angeordnet, die sich in der Mitte finden. Die Zahl fünfzig unterstreicht in
der Bibel den Beginn eines neuen Abschnittes. Fünfzig Tage nach dem Auszug a
us Ägypten erhielten die Israeliten die 10 Gebote und erneuerten ihren Bund
mit Gott. Daran erinnert das Schawuot-Fest.</p>
<p>Ebenfalls an einem Schaw
uot-Fest (Pfingsten) wurde der Heilige Geist ausgegossen. Dieses Ereignis ma
rkierte den Beginn der Mission der Apostel. Zwei Mal 50 Äste sind als zwei S
piralen angeordnet, die sich in der Mitte finden. Eine Reihe ist an der Schn
ittfläche mit Spiegeln versehen. Wo ein Ende ist, entsteht durch die Spiegel
ung Unendlichkeit.</p>

<p>„Das Kunstwerk
hat bereits viel Interesse bei den Menschen geweckt, die unser biblisches E
rlebnishaus, die Kirche und das Haus Elisabeth besuchen“, so Dir. Eduard Bau
mann von der Bibelwelt. „Ein Staunen und Schmunzeln war bei so manchen zu en
tdecken. Da erschließt sich ganz unmittelbar eine kleine wachsende Schöpfung
, in der sich auch die Unendlichkeit spiegelt“, freut sich Eduard Baumann.</

In Kooperation mit Wolfgang Richter, unterstützt vom Gartenamt der Stadt Salzburg, dem Katholischen Bildungswerk Salzburg - St. Elisabeth, den Förder*innen der Bibelwelt, sowie dem Bibelreferat des Seelsorgeamtes der Erzdiözese Salzburg.
