tin Brigitta Pallauf, Bürgermeister Harald Preuner und kleinere Abordnu
ngen von Vereinen und Orden – prozessierte der Salzburger Oberhirte mi
t dem Allerheiligsten rund um die Salzburger Bischofskirche.

r Fronleichnamszug heuer nur ein einziges Mal, hinter dem Dom, beim Salzburg
er Heimatwerk, Halt; den Abschluss feierten die Anwesenden am Domplatz.

SALZBURG (eds) / In diesem Jahr musste die Fronleichnamsprozession aufgrund der geltenden Corona-Bestimmungen in eingeschränkter Form stattfinden. Dennoch waren in der Erzdiözese Salzburg kleine Prozessionen möglich. Im Salzburger Dom feierte Erzbischof Franz Lackner die Heilige Messe und gemeinsam mit den Gottesdienstbesuchern – darunter Bundesministerin Karoline Edtstadler, Landeshauptmann Wilfried Haslauer, Landtagspräsidentin Brigitta Pallauf, Bürgermeister Harald Preuner und kleinere Abordnungen von Vereinen und Orden – prozessierte der Salzburger Oberhirte mit dem Allerheiligsten rund um die Salzburger Bischofskirche.
Freude über gemeinsames Feiern
„Nach einer langen Zeit der Einschränkungen tut es gut, wenn wir wieder – wenngleich in eingeschränkter Form – feiern und mit dem Allerheiligsten, dem für uns Kostbarsten, hinausgehen können, um Land und Leute zu segnen“, so der Salzburger Erzbischof. Anstatt der gewohnten vier Stationen machte der Fronleichnamszug heuer nur ein einziges Mal, hinter dem Dom, beim Salzburger Heimatwerk, Halt; den Abschluss feierten die Anwesenden am Domplatz.
„So sind wir Christen: obwohl getrennt – trotzdem nah“
In seiner Predigt ließ der Salzburger Erzbischof die letzten Monate Revue passieren und stellte fest: „In der Not schlummern Chancen oder, wie wir sagen, eine Gnade! Das sind in der Regel keine Welt umwälzenden Imperative, sondern so etwas wie ein leises Antippen von neuen Möglichkeiten, anderes auch zuzulassen, die Perspektive zu ändern. Jesus hat bei seinen Jüngern darum geworben: Musste der Menschensohn nicht all das erleiden, um so zur Fülle zu kommen. Ich weiß unsere Welt tickt anders. Es ist schwer geworden, unbefangen von Gott zu reden.“ Trotz der geltenden Weltlogik, alles müsse jederzeit funktionieren, so Lackner, könne es ein großer Gewinn sein, das Leben von einer höheren Macht her zu denken und zu verstehen. Das Leben und Handeln von Christinnen und Christen sei von einem hoffnungsvollen „Trotzdem“ getragen, ist der Salzburger Erzbischof sicher. Auf das in der Corona-Zeit von der Erzdiözese Salzburg entwickelte Online-Projekt „#trotzdemnah“ anspielend, meinte Lackner: „So sind wir Christinnen und Christen, so fühlen wir: obwohl getrennt, trotzdem nah; und wir werden Wege und Mittel finden, auch physisch nahe zu sein.“
Die Corona-Pandemie rufe zu einer neuen Nachdenklichkeit, auch über den Glauben, auf, so Lackner weiter. Es brauche wieder ein Bewusstsein von dem, was fehlt oder was abhandenkommen könnte. „Wir haben etwas zu verlieren, an das wir uns gewöhnt haben, das uns lieb geworden ist, jedoch ohne Bewusstsein, dass dies nicht nur lieb, sondern auch teuer ist. Es kostet zuallererst Haltung, Demut und vor allem Aufmerksamkeit: besonders auch für Gott.“
