<p>SALZBURG (eds) / In Maria Alm steht das Heilige Jahr vor alle
m unter dem Motto: „Schön, dass du da bist, lass deine Sorgen und deine S
ünden bei uns“. Das Pilgern zur Pfarr- und Wallfahrtskirche Maria Alm im
Pinzgau ist auch ein visuelles Erlebnis. Die Kirche „Unsere Lieben Frau Ge
burt“ mit dem höchsten Kirchturm der Erzdiözese steht vor der Kulisse de
s Steinernen Meeres. Im Innenraum zeigt das Gnadenbild des Wallfahrtsorts ei
ne Madonna, die den Pilgerinnen und Pilgern sagen würde, was die Pfarre auf
der Homepage schreibt: „Befreit sind wir zu einem Wissen, dass der Mensch
geschaffen ist nach dem Abbild Gottes.“</p>
<p>Pfarrer Franz Auer ist be
im Besuch gerade von der Wallfahrt nach Rom zurückgekommen: „Soeben spür
ten wir noch den Erfahrungen des Heiligen Jahres nach und haben alle vier He
rhunderten kommen Menschen mit ihren Sorgen und Nöten, ihren Bitten und Dan
kgebeten zur „Trösterin der Betrübten“. 1603 ist das erste Votivbild b
ezeugt, die Ursprünge der Wallfahrt liegen weit in der Zeit zurück.</p>

mer wieder Pilger, ob in Gruppen oder als Einzelne, um hier an diesem Krafto

der Frömmigkeit und der Kunstgeschichte – darunter der Hochaltar mit dem
gotischen Gnadenbild, ein Gemälde des Gnadenbildes von 1710 an der Chorwan
d, der Weihnachtsaltar und die Fresken von Christoph Anton Mayr aus dem Jahr

Gemeinsam mit seinen Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern wartet er auf den Beginn der Pilgersaison: „Hier leben gute Menschen. Hier finden wir Heiliges – ein idealer Ort der Gastfreundschaft von Menschen und Gott.“
Die 1508 eingeweihte Wallfahrtskirche beherbergt Wahrzeichen der Frömmigkeit und der Kunstgeschichte – darunter der Hochaltar mit dem gotischen Gnadenbild, ein Gemälde des Gnadenbildes von 1710 an der Chorwand, der Weihnachtsaltar und die Fresken von Christoph Anton Mayr aus dem Jahr 1757. Am Friedhof sind es „die blühenden Priestergräber, die in ihrer schmiedeeisernen Gestaltung eine erste Visitenkarte für die Kirche sind“, erklärte Pfarrer Auer. Ein weiterer Ort, der einlädt, ist die Palästinakapelle eines Mariaalmers, der im 19. Jahrhundert nach Jerusalem gepilgert war und als Dank dieses Heiligtum bauen ließ.
Beim Blick auf die Osterkerze wird Pfarrer Auer nachdenklich: „Es schmerzt schon, dass auch bei uns am Land immer mehr Eltern entscheiden, ihre Kinder nicht mehr taufen zulassen. Aber vielleicht kann ja das Heilige Jahr mit seinem verheißungsvollen Geist etwas bewirken. Das wäre mein großer Wunsch: Die Taufe als Geschenk Gottes zu entdecken“, so der Seelsorger.
Empfang mit Glockengruß
Für das Heilige Jahr ist man in Maria Alm gerüstet: „Von Mai bis Oktober erwarten wir viele Fuß- und Buspilgergruppen. Sie werden mit Glockengeläut begrüßt, dann gibt es eine Begegnung.“ Konkret habe man jeden Donnerstag Anbetung und Beichtgelegenheit, um auszudrücken, was das Heilige im Menschen bewirken kann: „Verwandlung und Bergung der Dinge in Gefahr.“ (Infos: www.pfarre-mariaalm.at und www.edsbg.at/heiliges-jahr)
