g. Die neuen Pastoralassistentinnen und Pastoralassistenten wirken in v
erschiedenen Pfarrverbänden der Erzdiözese Salzburg und im LKH Salzburg und
freuen sich auf ihren Einsatz am Dienst an den Menschen und für die Kirche.
Ihr Motto lautet: „Quellen des Lebens“.</p>
<h2>Das sind die „Neuen“</h2>
<p><strong>Birgit Leuprecht </strong>ist in Wals-Viehhausen aufgewachse
n. Nach dem Studium der Fachtheologie in Salzburg absolvierte sie das Pastor
ale Einführungsjahr in der Pfarre Leopoldskron-Moos. Nach mehreren Jahren im
außerkirchlichen Bereich kehrte sie im September 2024 als Pastoralassistent
in in der Pfarre Oberalm im Pfarrverband Hallein+ in die Pastoral zurück. Se
it Juli 2025 ist sie in der Krankenhausseelsorge am LKH Salzburg tätig. Zude
m absolviert sie derzeit die Ausbildung zur Psychotherapeutin. In der Seelso
rge arbeitet sie gerne, weil sie den Glauben und die Möglichkeit, Menschen z
u begleiten, verbinden kann.</p>
<p><strong>Nadine Hof-Scharler </stro
ng>ist nach ihrer Ausbildung bei der Berufsbegleitenden Pastoralen Ausbildun
g Österreich (BPAÖ) in St. Pölten seit September diesen Jahres Klinikseelsor
gerin im Tauernklinikum. Zudem ist die ausgebildete Ergotherapeutin als Past
oralassistentin im Pfarrverband Pinzgau Quellen im Oberpinzgau tätig. Die me
hr als 20-jährige Erfahrung im Gesundheits- und Sozialbereich prägt ihren ga
nzheitlichen Zugang zur Seelsorge von Patientinnen, Patienten und Mitarbeite
nden. </p>
<p><strong>Martin Eitzinger </strong>hat mit dem Ziel,

Nach Abschluss seines Musikstudiums war er mehrere Jahre als Hornist tätig. Zwei Jahre lang war er ehrenamtlicher Krankenhausseelsorger am LKH Salzburg. Seit 2022 ist der ebendort hauptamtlich tätig. „Die Welt auf den Stationen ist manchmal grau, aber immer wieder auch erstaunlich bunt und manchmal – so glaube ich – bringt Gott seine eigene Farbe hinein“, sagte er. Zudem ist er Religionslehrer an der HTL Salzburg und ehrenamtlicher Mitarbeiter bei der Krisenintervention Salzburg (Rotes Kreuz).
Sendungsfeier als Startschuss
Im Rahmen der heiligen Messe werden alljährlich Frauen und Männer zu vom Bischof oder Weihbischof in den pastoralen Dienst genommen. Dabei bekunden sie ihre Bereitschaft, ihre Aufgabe in der Kirche zum Heil der Menschen zu erfüllen. Patoralassistentinnen und -assistenten wirken in verschiedensten Bereichen der Erzdiözese mit: ob im Krankenhaus und Hospiz, in der Liturgie, in den Bildungseinrichtungen, bei der Vorbereitung der Sakramente, der missionarischen Pastoral sowie der Senioren-, Kinder- und Jugendpastoral (Infos: www.eds.at/personal).
