<p>SALZBURG (eds) / Der Universitätslehrgang „Early Life Care“ h
at am Donnerstagvormittag im Bildungszentrum St. Virgil Salzburg begonnen. B
ei diesem Basislehrgang, dessen erstes Modul noch bis Sonntag dauert, dreht
sich inhaltlich alles um Gesundheitsförderung, Prävention und Begleitung run
d um Schwangerschaft, Geburt und erstes Lebensjahr, um möglichst optimale Be
dingungen zu schaffen. Der berufsbegleitende, interdisziplinäre Lehrgang wir
d durchschnittlich alle zwei Jahre für bis zu 30 Teilnehmende unterschiedlic
hster Berufsgruppen angeboten und läuft noch bis Juni 2026. Aufgebaut ist er
in vier Blockwochenenden pro Semester in Präsenz- und Online-Lehre sowie zw
ei Lehrgangsstufen, einen Basislehrgang und einen Masterlehrgang. Eine Bewer
bung für den Basislehrgang ist auch für Nichtgraduierte möglich.</p>
<p>Die
ser wissenschaftliche Lehrgang richtet sich an Menschen, die am Lebensbeginn
medizinisch therapeutisch tätig sowie mit dem Thema Elternberatung befasst
sind und gerne in einem multiprofessionellen Team arbeiten, wie etwa Ärztinn
en und Ärzte für Kinder und aus dem Fachbereich der Gynäkologie, Hebammen, B
eratende sowie in den Bereichen Kinderkrankenpflege, Psychologie, Psychother
apie, Sozialpädagogik und Sozialarbeit tätige Menschen. Ziele sind der Aufba
u und Austausch gemeinsamen Fachwissens und Zusammenarbeit, die Qualifizieru
ng für Führungsaufgaben und Leitungspositionen in der Weiterentwicklung fläc
hendeckender Begleitungs-, Beratungs- und Behandlungsangebote. Zentraler Ker
ninhalt ist die bindungsbasierte Selbstreflexion der beruflichen Praxis.</p>
