örkreise mit nahezu allen Vertreterinnen und Vertretern der Erzdiözese, un
ter anderem mit der Katholischen Frauenbewegung, den Orden der Erzdiözese u
nd der Theologischen Fakultät.</p>
<p>Bei drei dieser Begegnungen war das
Rupertusblatt dabei und hat nachgefragt: Wie war es und wie geht es weiter?
„Die Atmosphäre war durchaus angenehm und angeregt“, sagte Simon Weyrin
ger, Dozent für Altes Testament an der Uni Salzburg. Er war beim Gespräch
mit der Theologie dabei. Konträr diskutiert wurde, inwiefern Synodalität m
it demokratischen Prozessen zu vergleichen sei. Das Prinzip Synodalität war
für die Teilnehmenden das, was der Kirche ureigen ist. „Unsere Kirchen s
ind oft Weg-Kirchen, sie haben eine Richtung, einen Zug nach vorne. Darin is
t bereits baulich sichtbar, dass Kirche als Weg, als Weggemeinschaft zu denk
en sind. Das verstehe ich unter ‚Synodalität‘: Das Wissen darum, dass m
an im Glauben gemeinsam unterwegs ist – der Papst nicht weniger als die ei
gene Oma“, so erklärt Martin Dürnberger, Dozent für Fundamentaltheologi

Atmosphäre des Miteinanders
„Ich habe mich beim Gespräch sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Atmosphäre war wertschätzend und hörend“, erzählt Manuela Wolf von der Katholischen Aktion. „Unsere Wünsche an die Kirche waren groß gedacht, dennoch wurden umsetzbare Schritte und Möglichkeiten angesprochen“, ergänzt die Pädagogin. Unter anderem waren der gleichberichtigte Zugang zu kirchlichen Ämtern, eine nahbare Kirche, die eine klare Sprache spricht und Offenheit für die Lebensrealität der Menschen Themen des Abends", freute sich Manuela Wolf, die den Synodalen Prozess als große Chance sieht die Kirche wieder mehr zu den Menschen zu bringen und zu zeigen wie sie ist – geschwisterlich und einladend! „Die Kirche muss nach außen gehen, sich den Lebenswelten der Menschen öffnen und sich dafür interessieren; sie in ihren alltäglichen Schwierigkeiten unterstützen und begleiten“, erzählte Barbara Rampl aus Wörgl über den Anhörkreis. Dafür sei eine neue Sprache notwendig, um auch verstanden werden zu können.
Im Kloster St. Peter traf sich der Erzbischof mit Vertreterinnen und Vertretern der Salzburger Orden und dem Bischofsvikar Gottfried Laireiter. Für Sr. Margaretha Tschische CSSE, Vorsitzende der Salzburger Ordenskonferenz, war das Treffen ein wichtiger Schritt im Zusammenwachsen innerhalb der Erzdiözese: „Ich bin positiv überrascht über die sehr offene Atmosphäre und die ganz unterschiedlichen Beiträge. Es herrscht ein gutes Miteinander.“ Zu den Themen sagt sie:„Ein Kernthema der Klöster und Orden ist natürlich die Spiritualität und das Getragensein, das auch durch Schwierigkeiten hindurch hilft.“
